Incident 1: Death of Sobed Ali (50), 5 May 2007, Narayanganj
He was crushed by a collapsing wall.

Incident 2: Death of Raton Miah (40), 4 May 2007, Narayanganj
He was electrocuted whilst working on the construction of a mill building fir RK Spinning Mill. See Investigation

Incident 3: Death of Atiqullah Dhonu (50), 4 May 2007, Mymensingh
He was electrocuted by a wire which was hanging beside a fish pond that he was guarding. His employer was Konon Bonik.

Incident 4: Injury of 30 Workers
A fire in a spinningmill resulted in the injury to these workers

Incident 5: Death of Abu Bakkar (35), 9 May 2007, Bogra
Earth collapsed onto of him whilst he was digging a pond of Rahman Ali

Incident 6: Death of Najrul Islam (34), 11 May 2007, Dhaka
Whilst fixing an electric wire, he fell from the second floor of the building. See Investigation

Incident 7: Death of Chan Miah (50), 12 May 2007 , Dhaka
Chan, a mason died when a brick fell on his head having been dropped from the top floor of a six floored building.

Incident 8: Injury to Shahar Banu, Khadija Bewa, Firoja Begum, Rubina Begum
The four woman were seriously injured in a boiler explosion at a rice mill - as they were boiling wet grain.

Incident 9: Death of Arif Hossain (28) and injury to three others, 17 May 2007, Gajipur
28 year old Arif died when a gas cylinder at a CNG-run bus exploded.

Incident 10: Injury to at least 15 workers
Fire took place in factory.

Incident 11: Injury of eight workers
This incident took place at a garments factory when a gas compressor, which these workers were reparing, exploded. All working for a contractor approved by Titas Gas Company, They were checking the gas pressure at the time.

Incident 12: Death of Manik Chandra Das - and injury to five other others workers - Monnaf, Gourango and Toriqul, 20 May 2007, Narayanganj
Death took place as a result of a boiler explosion

Incident 13: Death of Nahid (20), 21 May 2007, Noagaon
A hatchery worker, he was electrocuted at the fishery

Incident 14: Death of Mohammed Yusuf (27) and Absul Ali (26), 25 May 2007, Chittagong
The two workers died when they fell from the roof of a building - Arafat Hospital - which was under construction.

Boiler explosion..

Incident 16: Death of Mithu (11), 24 May 2007, Faridpur
He was changing the wheel of a rice-loaded truck when the jack moved and the truck fell ontop of him

Incident 17: Death of Jang Batten (and injury to Rahman Fizur)
Trapped under falling coal at Barapukuria Coal Mine

Incident 18: Death of Harun Mollah, 31 May 2007, Faridput
Delivering tin which fell on him at Shoakat's Tin shop
