Incident 1: Death of Panna Akter (18), Najma Akhter (16), Mohammed Rubel (14), Sinaj Miah (22) and Sanuara Begum Sanu (20), 29 April 2007, Dhaka
They died after a fire broke out in the Three Star Fan Factory which made electric fans.

He was electrocuted whilst undertaking decoration work in a house.

The workers became buried in a ditch during the construction of a bridge.

Incident 5: Death of Mohor Ali (45), Ablud Kuddus and an unknown worker, and injuries to Yasin Ali, Alamgir, Momtaj and an unknown worker, 25 April 2007, Chittagong
The roof of an extension building of HN Automobiles Ltd, a CNG station, collapsed whilst some construction workers were on top of it.

Incident 6: Death of Fazlur Rahman (25), 24 April 2007, Bogra
Whilst working in the factory his arm got caught in a machine – detaching his hand. He died later in Bogra Medical Hospital

He died after he got caught up in the belt of a machine in the the rice mill as he tried to start it

Incident 10: Death of Shada Miah (25), 13 April 2007, Narayanganj
Whilst working at City Sugar Mill, a crane cut into Shada Mia’s throat, chest and stomach. See Investigation

Incident 11: Death of Monsur Ali and Injury to Majed Hossain, 10 April 2007, Dhaka
Whilst working in a residential house owend by Haji Firoze Hossain, a rod, being carried by Monsur Ali ,came into contact with a wire carrying 11,000 volts. Two injured workers were rushed to Dhaka Medical Centre burn unit.

13 workers were digging a pond, Near completion, the sides collpased burying the worker.

Incident 13: Death of Asadullah, and injury to Farid Ahmed (20), Delwar Hossain (18), Nur Ahmed (20), Amzad (25), Idries (25) and Mister (22), 28 April 2007, Narayanganj
Whilst working on construction of Jasmeen Begum's house, an electric wire was torn down with a rod and he was electrocuted.
