Incident 1: Death of Mohammed Moyna Hossain, 31 March 2007, Dhaka
17 year old Mohammed was working on the fifth floor of the building of Sheik Fazilanessa Mujib Hall at Sher e Bangla Agriculture university, when the iron bucket of the crane fell on him. Workers claim that ‘Prime Tech Construction’ was responsible for the incident.

Incident 2: Deaths of Abdul Ghani and an unknown worker, 27 March 2007, Dhaka
25 year old Abdul and an unidentified worker, both brick field workers, were crushed under piles of bricks that fell on them when they were trying to load them onto a truck. The incident took place at Ruhi brick field, though the employer is unknown. See Investigation

Incident 3: Injuries to Bellal Hossan and Akhter Hossain
A fire from an electric short circuit resulted in one worker receiving serious burns and another having to jump from the first floor.

Incident 4: Death of Mohammed Masud Khan, 18 March 2007, Chittagong
23 year old Mohammed, fell from the fourth floor of Shoun Bhaban whilst he was plastering the wall. He was employed by Shah Alam.

Incident 5: Death of Abul Hossain, 18 Mar 2007, Dhaka
40 year old Abul Hossain employed by Pragati Rolling Mills went up onto the third floor roof of the building - which was a tin shed - and then fell. See Investigation

Incident 6: Death of Mosharraf Hossain, 17 March 2007, Naogaon
35 year old Mosharraf was working in a brick field when he was crushed under some mud that fell on him. His employer was Haji Iunus Pramanik.

Incident 7: Death of Abul Kalam, 14 March 2008, Dhaka
45 year old Abul, a construction worker, fell from the second floor of a building under construction. He was rushed to Dhaka Medical hospital but was declared dead.

Incident 8: Death of Mohammed Bellal and Kamal Uddin, and 13 injured, 14 March 2007, Chittagong
20 year old Mohammed and 28 year old Kamal died when an iron plate fell on them at Namrin Ship Yard.

Incident 9: Death of two unknown workers
The deaths were the result of a fire at a fan factory.

Incident 10: Death of Mintu and Zahid and injuries to Roushan, Khaleque and others, 9 March 2007, Khulna
35 year old Mintu and 30 year old Zahid, died when an ammonia gas cylinder exploded in front of the gate of the factory, Jalalabad Fish Feed Company.

Incident 11: Death of Liton (20), and injury to unknown worker
20 year old Liton was undertaking construction work at the house of Mr Kashem Ali, when he came into contract with high voltage electric wire. His co-worker was rushed to Osmani Medical College Hosptial in Sylhet in a criticial condition.

Incident 12: Death of Shadhan Mandal (50), 8 March 2007, Shariatpur
50 year old Shadhan, a carpenter, was killed when a shop collapsed when illegal structures at the Sara Upazilla were being taken down by the owner,

Incident 13: Death of Pradip Chandra Das, 5 March 2007, Dhaka
18 year old Pradip was electrocuted to death whilst constructing a tower for a mobile phone company. He was working for Pulse Construction Private Ltd.

Incident 14: Death of Alamgir Melka (42), Mohammed Basha, Sushanto Saha, Polash (32) and Abdus Sabur (35), Narayanganj
The incident was a result of a fire at a Button factory. The fire station at Modolpara managed to control the fire a few hours later. See Investigation

Incident 15: Death of Palash (32) and Abdus Sabar (35) , and injuries to Kafrul, Fakhrul, and unknown worker
The electrician, Palash, was cleaning a gas cylinder at Sharder Rokeya Cold Storage, when it exploded.

Incident 16: Deaths of Farhad, and Amal Sen, and injury to Mahbub, 1 March 2007, Observer
35 year old Farhad, and 48 year old Amal Sen were killed when a gas cyulinder exploded at an ice factory.

Incident 17: Death of Monir Hossan and Mukul, 1 March 2007, Chittagong
30 year old Monir and 20 year old Mukul, both construction workers died whilst working in a safety tank relating to an under-construction building - Unitech Holdings Angel Palace. They had gone there to remove the "Cantering" materials that was at the bottom of the tank. The tank contained poisonous gas and the workers were overwhelmed.and died.

Incident 18: Death of Baschu Miah (35) 16 March 2007, Gazipur
A fire took place in a hard-ware shop from spirits that ignnited and as a result the shop-worker died

Incident 19: Death of Rafiqul Islam, 18 March 2007, Naogaon
A number of day labourers were building a sluice gate and the earth that they were cutting collapsed ontop of them.

Incident 20: Death of Abul Hossain (32), 28 March 2007, Dhaka
Abul, a supervisor, fell from the roof of the steel Mill
