Complaints about Government Bodies

Complaining about the Role of Government and Public Bodies

There are a number of different bodies which have some role in either the:

enforcement of health and safety law;
investigation of deaths, injuries and other reported incidents;
the prosecution of companies and individuals for health and safety offences or manslaughter

This page will provide you information on how to complain about these bodies and, if this does not solve your concern, to make a complaint to the ombudsmen.

It is also possible to judicially review decisions made by these bodies. The CCA is curently preparing a briefing on this issue which will be availalbe through this website in February 2003
