Correction

In the table concerning investigation levels, of members of the pubblic we have inadvertantly made an error in relation to Wakefield District Council. It appears that it investigated 34% of injuries to members of the public (44 out of 131 reports) instead of 1 report out of 29 as was suggested in our report. W

In addition, Sandwell Metropolitan District Council investigated 50% of injuires to members of the publis - not 7% as we had suggested.

We apologise for these errro
