Reporting of a Dangerous Occurrence

The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 states certain kinds of incidents - that are defined as 'dangerous occurrences' are should be reported.

The dangerous occurrence must "arise out of or in connection with work". Appendix 2 sets out all the different kinds of incidents that need to be
reported as 'dangerous occurrences'. There
