Bangladesh National Building Code - Duties

The duties under the code are imposed upon the “Owner of a building.” (Section 3.3.1). The 'owner' is defined as:

“the person, organisation or agency at whose expense the building is under construction or who has the right to transfer the same …”

No duties are imposed upon 'the employer'.
