Incident 1: Death of Shah Alam (40), Adhar Chowdhury (45), and two unidentified persons, 1 October 2-007, Dhaka
On land owned by SP Mahbub Rahman, the workers tried to fix an iron pipe into soil but the pipe into the soil but came into contact with electric wire

Zia fell sick when he entered a tank at the House of Abdul Khalil, to clean it. Haruner Rashid died when he tried to rescue him.
