The Investigation of Directors - HSE's Policy

This page contains the specific guidance that HSE inspectors are given in relation to the investigation of directors/senior managers under section 37.

This specific guidance contained within an appendix to a more general guidance document on the investigation and prosecution of individuals. It is called "Prosecuting Individuals" and it is referred to as 'Operational Circular 130/8'.

The guidance on the investigation of directors is split into two main parts

Proof that a Body Corporate Exists and scope of office of director/manager
