Summary ”This case relates to a fatality to a roofwork employee of the accused company engaged in the repair of the roof of an industrial warehouse. There were no guardrails on the roofing boards from which employees were working and neither were fall protection harnesses used. The system of work was not safe. The deceased fell through the fragile roof material.”
