New
Report on Corporate Killing
The
CCA has written a briefing for MPs and the public
on why a new offence of 'Corporate Killing' should
be enacted.
The
offence was first proposed by the Law Commission in
1996, and the Government supported the new offence
in its consultation document of April 2000
The
briefing is published jointly by the CCA, TUC and
Disaster Action, and launched at a meeting in the
House of Commons at which MPs from all three main
political parties spoke
