All the qualified exemption are set out below.

They could all potentially apply to applications relating to safety/enforcement issues - however we have divided them up into those that are more likely to apply to safety/enforcement requests and those that are less likely to do so

Section 36 Prejudice To Effective Conduct Of Public Affairs

Section 42 Legal Professional Privilege
Section 43 Commercial Interests
