LAUNCH TODAY OF DRAFT BILLS ON 'CORPORATE KILLING' AND 'DIRECTORS DUTIES'

The CCA has assisted the Transport & General Workers Union (TGWU) in drafting two parliamentary bills - one on creating a new offence of Corporate Killing and another on imposing Duties upon Company Directors.

The Government has made promises to legislate on both these issues and the CCA drafted these bills to contribute to the debate on the specific legislation required.
