This
database will allow you to access details of:

|
inspections,
investigations and other contacts by the Health
and Safety Executive with those companies and
organisations who have been convicted or who have

It does not contain information on individuals.

The HSE has a notices and prosecution database, but
this one has a number
of advantages.
|
it
goes back to 1996. The HSE database only
goes back to 1999 (for prosecutions) and to 2001
(for notices). |
|
it
has Parent Company information:
|
it
provides you details of whether the company
convicted was owned by another company at
the time of the offence and if so, which
one. |
|
it allows you to search on the name of a
parent company and to find out details of
all the convictions of all the subsidiary
companies owned by that parent company; |
|
|
if
the conviction follows a death, injury, dangerous
occurrence, disease, or gas incident
the CCA provides details of that incident.
|
|
it
allows you to find out details of any inspections
or investigations by HSE inspectors of convicted
companies or companies who have had a notice
imposed upon it.
|
|
it
allows you to rank companies in term so
the number of:
- convictions
- notices |
