Details
of Convictions of Directors
The
CCA has undertaken research into the number of directors
convicted for health and safety offences.
Most
- if not all - of these prosecutions relate to offences
under section 37 of the Health and safety at Work
Act.

Most
of this information comes from an extensive interrogaation
of HSE's own prosecution database which is supposed
to have details of all convictions since April 1999.
The CCA however found some cases that are not on the
database.
