Complaining
about the Role of Government and Public Bodies
There
are a number of different bodies which have some role
in either the:
|
enforcement
of health and safety law; |
|
investigation
of deaths, injuries and other reported incidents; |
|
the
prosecution of companies and individuals for health
and safety offences or manslaughter |
This
page will provide you information on how to complain
about these bodies and, if this does not solve your
concern, to make a complaint to the ombudsmen.
It is also possible to judicially review decisions
made by these bodies. The CCA is curently preparing
a briefing on this issue which will be availalbe through
this website in February 2003
