FURTHER DETAILS OF DEATHS John Lewis
John, a farm worker, helping at his son's farm was crushed to death by a forklift truck as he was emptying fertilizer into a spreader. The inquest was held at Pembrokeshire Coroners Court on 25 June 2002. A verdict of 'Death by Misadventure' was returned. Robert Downey
Robert, a yachtsman, was washed overboard in gale force winds and killed as he helped sail the 119 year yacht 'Silvery Light' from Penzance to Edinburgh to attend a maritime exhibition. The inquest was held at Pembrokeshire Coroners Court. A verdict of 'Accidental Death' was returned.
Adrianus Van Ham
Adrianus, an oil rig worker from Holland, died after the collapse of a floating maintenance rig at a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal near Milford Haven. Adrianus's body was recovered two days later after it was located by a remote-controlled vessel during an extensive search by rescue crews. Seven men were rescued when the floating jack-up barge collapsed The inquest was to be held at Pembrokeshire Coroners Court.
